Cleaning up at the end of the year

It's almost the end of the year - time to get a few things finished up. My posts this week will be brief, since many of you are already gone for the holidays, but also because I'm going to try my best to end 2009 the way I'd like to start (and stay) in 2010 - on track. I've got a lot of work to do!
